This is a bag that I made using lots of my black and white fabric from my stash. It is quite big for me. Originally I made it to carry on the plane but it is sooo big that it gets quite heavy if I load it up. Also, I really didn't want to sit it down on the dirty plane floor. I added the bows on the side to hold it a little tighter and as you can see I haven't put the button on yet. Right now I carry it to our Quilt Bee since I can fit everything except my sewing machine into it. I'm thinking it needs a bright pink or red button.

Lovely bags, Lynda. I think a red or pink button would look great! Those pretty fabric bags are hard to put down on the floor anywhere, getting them dirty:-) A friend of mine knocked over a coffee mug so it spilt on another lady's beautiful, delicate bag. Fortunatly the bottom was covered with vinyl on the outside, so it did not get ruined. I don't know who was most horrified, but both of them jumped.
Thanks for commenting on my blog. I'm enjoying reading yours -- I love the B&W tote [the brain is saying, I should do that], and the stash buster quilt a couple posts again [brain again saying, I should do that]. You're inspiring me.
The little purse is perfect for a little girl. Your black and white bag is wonderful! I don't blame you for not wanting to put it on the dirt plane floor.
