I've been following
Hillbilly Handiwork's blog for quite some time now. She has a great blog with lots of fun things. Recently she decided to host a sewalong and I decided to give it a try. I've completed the first 3 posts now. We started with a charm pack taking out 4 sets of 4 matching colors.

Then we handstitched a cute little tulip block. I don't handstitch but this was quite easy so I think it turned out o.k. Then we sewed together some 4-patches. So far so good. This weekend I'll be working on another handstitched Dutch girl block. Participating in a sewalong is quite fun.

Good spring colors!! I am glad you are enjoying the quilt along
These fabrics are lovely, just like summer.
Can't wait to see how this all turns out. It's looking promising.
